Minister RaeShawn Cannon, is a dynamic Speaker, Best-Selling Author and Leadership Strategist. Her topics of passion are Leadership, Spiritual Growth Organizational Growth and Development, Emotional Intelligence and Change Management,

As a speaker, It is her balanced blend of story-telling, rich content and humor that enables her listening and reading audiences to understand and implement the lessons learned in her messages.  Her goal is to deliver every message with clarity and simplicity to help individuals seek, find, develop and grow in their purpose. Her willingness to be transparent, and address issues that many are facing has helped her audience break through barriers and overcome obstacles to discover their best life.

RaeShawn is the founder and CEO of RM Cannon Enterprises, where she effortlessly blends her gift of Faith-Based Leadership and Organizational Leadership to help organizations discover the perfect place where their passions collide with God's purpose to grow and impact lives for the Kingdom.

As an Author, RaeShawn seeks to empower those who are on their journey to discovering their God given leadership ability. She recounts her story in the collaboration book, 20 Beautiful Women, of the shy, awkward teen hiding in the background, to her moment of awakening to her call into leadership.  Additionally, the has a passion for journaling, and has created the 21 day journal book, Inspired Thought: Purpose, which provides daily quotes that invites the reader to dig deep to discover what on earth are they here for!

RaeShawn is also the visionary and creator of  the “Undressed Women’s Conference,” She is dedicated to the cause of guiding women in spiritual and practical matters, to create a culture of unity, exposing areas of hurt and weakness in order to heal and strengthen one another.  This passion also extends to her in the Women’s Ministry at her local church.
